As Custom Shop Express sells software licenses, and our Products are Delivered Digitally. No Physical Shipment is required.
1 – Delivery Method
All purchased software license keys and necessary download links will be delivered electronically via the following methods:
- Email: A fulfillment email containing your unique license key, download instructions, and a receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- WhatsApp: If you provided a WhatsApp number and opted for delivery via WhatsApp, we will also send the license key and instructions to that number.
2 – Delivery Timeframe
We strive to process and deliver all digital orders as quickly as possible.
- Instant Delivery: In most cases, the license key will be sent to your email address instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
- Maximum Delay: In rare circumstances such as high volume, payment verification delays, or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
3 – Important Notes on Delivery
- Check Spam/Junk: If you do not receive the fulfillment email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
- Verification: Ensure the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided during checkout are correct and active. Custom Shop Express is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information supplied by the customer.
- License Activation: The delivery of the license key activates your right to use the software according to our Terms and Conditions.
4 – What to do if you haven’t received your key
If the specified delivery time has passed and you have not received your license key, please contact our support team immediately with your Order Number at:
